About Dude of Life

Steve ‘Dude of Life' Pollak is a singer-songwriter, writer, and lifelong collaborator with the band Phish, famous for co-writing lyrics to classics like 'Fuffhead,' 'Run Like an Antelope,' and 'Suzy Greenberg,' stemming from his high school friendship and band days (Space Antelope) with Trey Anastasio.

About Especially Everyone

Especially Everyone is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to build a more connected world through music that celebrates neurodiversity. Using music as our vehicle, we reimagine public spaces and experiences from the ground up, creating environments where everyone truly belongs.

Our work spans live events, community programming, and inclusive design consulting, all rooted in the belief that intentional inclusion benefits entire communities. By leveraging the universal language of music, we foster authentic connection, self-expression, and empowerment for adults across the neurodiversity spectrum, creating pathways into the mainstream where people of all abilities can show up as their most authentic selves.

Through collaboration with venues, artists, and organizations, Especially Everyone demonstrates what's possible when inclusion isn't just an accommodation, it's the inspiration.

Goodhouse and Especially Everyone

Goodhouse founder Mike Voron has been supporting and building inclusive communities for decades, beginning at age 12 when he coached Special Olympics alongside his younger brother David, who has intellectual disability, epilepsy, diabetes, and bipolar disorder. After 23 years in public education—primarily focused on special education program development—Mike redirected his career toward his other passion: creating community through music.

The success of his Katonah Beer & Music Club popup events, born from his love of music and connection, led naturally to opening a brick-and-mortar space: Goodhouse. When mutual friend Andy Bernstein, founder of Headcount, introduced Mike to the team behind Especially Everyone, the synergy was immediate. Merging his lifelong commitment to inclusion and supporting people with differing abilities with his love for music felt like perfect serendipity.

About the 2025 EE Winter Experience

On December 27th, the Capitol Theatre hosts its first fully inclusive concert - showing what's possible when we intentionally design cultural spaces and concerts to meet people where they are to be inclusive of everyone. Because music is a right, not a privilege. This mixed-ability celebration brings together 700+ people of all abilities to experience what it feels like when inclusion takes center stage.
