Our In Good Spirits series turns to wine as we welcome Booker Vineyard for an intimate tasting experience.

The name Booker honors brothers Claude and Dick Booker, who purchased the land in the late 1920s and built more than 1,200 acres on Paso Robles’ Westside. Dedicated farmers and humanitarians, the brothers left their entire estate to charity upon their passing. In 2001, Eric and Lisa Jensen acquired 100 acres of the historic property with a vision to grow exceptional fruit. After years of working alongside Justin Smith (Saxum) and Stephan Asseo (L’Aventure), they launched Booker Vineyard, releasing their first vintage in 2005.

Now organically certified and Regenerative Organic Certified, Booker Vineyard continues its commitment to thoughtful farming and expressive wines.
